  Ran 4 miles on the dirt Mulholland road. Nice cool weather.

November 13th, ran 8 miles on the beach, barefoot, and went for a short swim. Good for the soul!

40 mins vigorous work out yesterday

Walked with Arian on my back-

Walked today on the road around Triunfo Park with Arian on my back. I guess around 3 miles with 300 feet elevation.

Also ran around a mile on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Walked alone 2 miles on Monday while at work.

I miss many of the friends at work, particulary in kitchen. 3 out of the last 4 days, I was alone during lunch.
