January 15th - Ran 4 miles

 
The mustard flowers were in bloom after the rains – pretty.

One mile walk on Reyes adobe road: ( couple of minutes ago)

January 1st ran on the beach

 

After a week of cold weather it was surprising to have beautiful, warm weather at the beach on New Year's Day! Ran about 3 miles - it was wonderful.

15 min workout yesterday..
