Ran 14 miles in Malibu Creek State Park on Saturday

Ran in the Bulldog Trail race through the Santa Monica Mountains. There were beautiful views and we could even see the ocean from the other side of the mountain.

Sunday - 5 miles on Mulholland

  Took a new side trail which had a wonderful view of the Topanga valleys.

Walked a mile on reyes adobe.

Friday 4 miles, Sunday 3.2 miles

Ran at lunch on Friday in Pierce College grounds. A little coyote ran up the hill in front of me and jumped a fence. It was really hot!
Ran 5 kilometers on Sunday in the Filipinotown Historical 5K race.

1 hour vigorous workout!!!..............today....

Played solo basket ball for 1 hour..
